Please ensure that all products remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original silk mark tags and packaging.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Nalli account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the saree is folded correctly in its original box with all authentications, invoices, and tags intact for the pickup agent.
Reverse Pickup
Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a physical or digital acknowledgment receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged garment.
